In a video captured by Krishna Ratnani, the Zomato delivery partner is seen walking into what he thought would be just another delivery.

What he found was that he had stepped into a surprise birthday celebration organised by the very customers he was serving. The emotional moment was captured in the viral video shared by Ratnani on Instagram.

As the delivery partner arrived with the food parcel, he was greeted by a group of cheerful strangers, balloons, a birthday cake, and heartwarming smiles. The Zomato man was stunned and got emotional, which melted the hearts of netizens. 

For most people, birthdays are a time for joy, celebration and being surrounded by family and friends. Most of us look forward to our special day with excitement. However, for food delivery agents, birthdays often come and go just like any other busy workday. With long hours and tight schedules, they don’t find the time for celebration. Their special day is usually spent on the road, delivering happiness to others.
