“The G in #Vizag now stands for @Google!” Naidu wrote with a hashtag #YoungestStateHighestInvestment.
Netizens have lauded the CM’s creative communication and pride in his state’s initiatives.
The post is symbolic of how Visakhapatnam has reached the heart of India’s tech revolution. The visual and its message, ‘Google for Vizag’, reflect the global attention the City of Destiny is drawing following the massive investment announcement.

More about Google's investment in Vizag
The Government of Andhra Pradesh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global tech giant Google on Tuesday to build a world-class AI-powered data centre in Visakhapatnam.
The project represents an investment of ₹87,520 crore ($15 billion) — Google’s biggest-ever investment outside the United States.
The tech giant will invest $15 billion in India over the next five years to develop a 1-gigawatt data centre campus in Visakhapatnam, integrating AI infrastructure, renewable energy, and an expanded fibre network.
“It’s the largest AI hub that we are going to be investing in anywhere in the world outside of the US,” Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian said at an event in Delhi to sign the formal agreement.
“This gigawatt-scale AI hub will house data locally and help power AI-driven solutions across sectors,” he added.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai called the upcoming Visakhapatnam project a “landmark development” that will combine gigawatt-scale compute capacity, a new international subsea gateway, and large-scale energy infrastructure.
Adani Enterprises Ltd. and Bharti Airtel Ltd. have partnered with Google to build India's largest AI data centre in Visakhapatnam, as part of the latter's $15-billion push into India's AI sector.
