Swiggy launches Pyng

The launch marks the company’s entry into the professional services market. Pyng already launched its seller app earlier this year.

Swiggy CTO Madhusudhan Rao disclosed on LinkedIn that they have been “quietly building something new” at Swiggy, and it’s “finally here!”

“Say 👋🏽 to Pyng, our AI-powered platform that helps you find verified professionals without the spam, the back-and-forth, or the tab overload,” he wrote.

According to Rao, whether you need a fitness coach, a tarot reader, a tax planner, or a wedding DJ, Pyng will connect you with experts across 100+ specialisations, making the discovery process as seamless as ordering your favourite meal.

So, what is special about Pyng?

“The AI that powers both search and decision-making. It understands your needs, helps you explore options, and even guides you through what each expert can do for you—before you ever make a booking,” said the CTO.

“It’s fast, intuitive, and backed by real humans doing real work,” he mentioned. “We’re just getting started, and can’t wait for you to try it.”

Swiggy Pyng aims to offer a reliable, spam-free platform where users can directly connect with trusted experts.
