CleanMax MD Kuldeep Jain
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited celebrated its listing on the National Stock Exchange of India with a distinctive tribute from its Managing Director, Kuldeep Jain, who rang the opening bell wearing a custom jacket printed with photographs of all 600 employees.

Rather than opting for the traditional formalwear usually seen at such ceremonies, Jain wore a custom-made outfit designed to honour the company’s workforce, featuring photographs of each employee woven into its design.
Visuals from the ceremony quickly made their way online, drawing widespread engagement across social media platforms.
One of the most widely shared posts came from Sweta Sajnani, Chief People and Culture Officer at Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited.
She posted a behind-the-scenes video on LinkedIn showing how the jacket was conceptualised and brought to life.
The footage captured everything from early planning discussions to the final stitching, including the coordination of 600 employee photographs and close collaboration with designers and tailors to meet tight timelines.
In her post, Sajnani wrote: “At the NSE ceremony today, our MD Kuldeep Jain made sure it wasn’t just his moment — it was everyone’s. He wore a jacket with photographs of all 600 Cleanmax employees printed on it. A simple but powerful gesture that said this milestone belongs to all of us.”
She added, “What people saw was the final moment on stage. What they didn’t see was the journey behind it — coordinating 600 photos, multiple design rounds, tight timelines. I had the opportunity to bring this idea to life, and it was truly a project in itself. Sharing a small glimpse of that journey here.”
Reflecting on the response within the company, she said the gesture fostered a strong sense of pride and belonging. “Seeing the happiness and sense of belonging this created across the team made it incredibly special. In a milestone like an IPO, it reminded us that success is always about the people behind it. Very proud to have played a part in this.”
The video featured images of team meetings, fitting sessions and individual photo shoots conducted to gather portraits of all employees before incorporating them into the final garment worn at the ceremony.
In a separate message, the National Stock Exchange of India congratulated the company on its listing.
According to coverage by CNBC-TV18, Jain later spoke about the gesture in a conversation with journalist Nigel D'Souza, saying he “didn’t want to stand alone” on the big day and wanted his team to feel included in the milestone.
The public issue was valued at around Rs 3,100 crore, marking a major financial milestone for the renewable energy firm as it debuted on the stock exchange.
