Zoho Creator Launches AI-powered CoCreator For Users To Build Applications Using Prompts

Zoho Corporation has introduced new artificial intelligence (AI) features within Zoho Creator, which are included in existing subscriptions without extra cost.

Powered by Zoho’s AI engine, Zia, the new tool, CoCreator, allows users to build applications using voice or written prompts, process diagrams, or business requirement documents. 

Zia, launched in 2015, serves as the AI layer across the platform in more than 55 applications.

Sridhar Vembu’s company's control over its full technology stack enables closer integration of AI across workflows, allowing for more tailored suggestions and interactions based on user data.

The new tool forms part of the startup’s ongoing investment in AI capabilities to support business processes through practical, secure ways.

He claimed that the AI tools allow users to convert business ideas into applications in a fast and efficient way.

One of the new features, Idea-to-App Generation, allows users to create full applications, including automation workflows, access permissions, and dashboards.

A user has to give prompts via text or voice, or by uploading process diagrams or software documentation. The platform then suggests fields and modules relevant to the business.

Users also have the facility to use AI to build or enhance components within existing applications.

Zia will recommend fields based on the form’s context and generate code snippets that match the application’s structure, which can optimise existing code for better performance.

Zoho Creator now includes AI-powered data cleansing and modelling functions for structuring and preparing unorganised data from multiple sources to build applications.

AI Skills, another feature, allows applications to respond to natural language input, interpret business context, and automate tasks.
