‘Proudly made in Bharat - UPI, Vande Bharat Express, semiconductor chips, iPhones, and 5G’: Ashwini Vaishnaw

Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Union Minister of Railways and Electronics, shared on X the “Swadeshi prides” that are made in India.

In a video, he demonstrated the five national “prides” that are shaping a promising future for India. According to the Minister’s post, the five natively made changemakers are: UPI, Vande Bharat Express, semiconductor chips, iPhones, and 5G.

In a recent post on LinkedIn, Vaishnaw lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the current technological progress of the country.

The Minister said, “PM Narendra Modi Ji understands technology, but he understands people even better. He has shown that when leaders embrace technology with humanity, entire nations can leapfrog into the future.”

Ashwini Vaishnaw’s video post on X has resonated with many Indians and received criticism from others.

“Hi can u plz explain why this Vande bharath running late always, its never reached kannur on time, today also 1 hour late now, it’s cheating , train no 20632 really disappointed, earlier also i complained d same , no action…,” said another user.

Another individual wrote, “India should start working on looks of its trains and coaches. I recently been to China even their normal 150+kmph train looks sharp and good. They tried capsule sleeper and many new ideas. But we Indians stuck with same old bunker style sleeper coach.”
