Indian multinational hospitality chain, OYO is setting up a new hotel every two or three days in Rajasthan.
Speaking at the Rising Rajasthan Summit, OYO CEO Ritesh Agarwal disclosed, "We are opening a new hotel every 2-3 days. We get a lot of business from overseas. We are setting up a back office of overseas business in Rajasthan because we are getting good talents for technical, finance etc.”
The travel tech startup is also planning to open a back office in the state to look after its overseas business.
At the summit, Agarwal shared that the winter season turned out to be the best for the tourism business in the last decade.

He added that post-COVID people have become more keen on traveling and enjoying life, so, thereafter the hotel industry witnessed 100 percent year-on-year growth.
