The Epidemic of ‘Fake Busy
In his latest post titled, “The Epidemic of ‘Fake Busy’, the director of Factoryal, remarked that a workplace culture filled with back-to-back meetings leading to nowhere, endless email chains with no real action, and WhatsApp groups cluttered with unclear follow-ups like “Let’s circle back”, creates an illusion of work with little value.
“It’s all noise, no substance,” Gupta opined.
The director further explained that true execution happens in silence. “The people who actually move the needle aren’t bragging about 18-hour workdays or flooding LinkedIn with hustle posts,” he said. “They’re getting things done.”
Criticizing the Indian corporate culture he concluded by saying, “If you need to constantly prove how busy you are, you’re probably not.”

In large organizations it even worst.... as you said ENDLESS MAILS WITHOUT ACTION, MEETING WITH NO DECISION OR OWNERSHIP... All this is because of the failure of Proper Leadership within the organization."

You ask anyone...they are so busy...sometimes with no time for self and family."
