The Gurugram-based startup ensures that each complaint is geo-tagged, time-stamped, and automatically forwarded to civic agencies, including the Metropolitan Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, NHAI, PWD, RWAs, MLAs, and councillors.

Initially targeted for Gurugram, RaastaFix.com is currently in a prototype phase. “If you're interested in bringing Raasta Fix to your community, please contact us,” says the website page.

The application is particularly designed to help residents quickly report non-emergency civic issues like potholes and garbage.

“The idea is to build a digital pothole registry and a waterlogging map for Gurugram," explained Pravin Kaushal, advisor at Antino, the developer of the app, as reported by Hindustan Times.

Submitting reports on RaastaFix

The platform makes it easy to submit reports directly from a mobile device without requiring a login or complex forms.

Submitting a report at RaastaFix is simple:

(1) Select the issue category,

(2) Upload photos of the problem,

(3) Allow the app to detect your location, and

(4) Submit report.

The entire process takes less than 30 seconds.

How RaastaFix works?

The app includes a colour-coded tracker, allowing residents to monitor the status of their complaints in real time.

The application supports reporting of various civic issues, including: Potholes, Garbage, Electric Hazards, Stray Cows, Construction Debris, Stagnant Water, and Burning Waste.

The company website says that they are to expand the categories to cover more community concerns.

About the app

The app RaastaFix has been launched by a Gurugram-based web solutions provider startup, Antino

Vinay Krishna Gupta, the co-founder and CEO at the startup,  is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur.

Rajesh Kumar,  the co-founder and COO, has also graduated from  IIT Kharagpur.

Radhakanth Kodukula, the co-founder and CTO, is an alumnus of IIT Bhubaneswar.

Vinay Krishna Gupta shared on LinkedIn: “In Gurgaon, road maintenance and garbage collection responsibilities are split across 5–6 different organisations. Most of the time, updates don’t reach the right department on time — and residents aren’t even sure who to contact.

That’s why we built RaastaFix — a pro bono app for the people.”

Raasta Fix has already caught the attention of senior officials. At a recent meeting, Chief Principal Secretary to CM Rajesh Khullar asked the team to further cover five verticals: sanitation, C&D waste, stray animals, potholes, and sewer/flooding.

At the meeting with the government officials, CEO Gupta proposed to build an AI-driven governance system.

“We also proposed to make AI centre for Civic issues,” he shared on LinkedIn.

Alongside RaastaFix, advisor Kaushal is also driving Gurugram Rising, a forum that brings together entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and civic leaders to build AI-driven governance models.
