While 10-minute deliveries are the norm for groceries and essentials, Topmate, an Indian Startup, has taken it a step further by delivering human expertise in the same amount of time.

Experts who can offer career advice, respond to questions, and assist people in reaching their objectives are now instantly accessible through Topmate.io, a platform that instantly links users with professionals in the sector.

An Incredibly Witty Marketing Campaign 

Nimisha Chanda, the marketing lead at Topmate took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the launch of this new feature stating, “No more guesswork. No more endless Google searches. Just instant access to experts who’ve been there, done that.”  

Chanda also shared a link to the website, which enables consumers to make direct phone calls to experts every day from 6 to 10 p.m. "Instant access to pros from top companies and domains" is what the program claims.

With a 4.9-star rating, the company claims that over a million people have trusted the site, boasting a large network of over 3 lakh professionals, producers, and specialists.

Netizens Reactions

Chanda shared an update on the feature's performance a few hours after it went live, it showed a promising beginning. "We received approximately 1,500+ call requests, with 530+ calls completed across various categories - resume review being the best," she added.

The announcement spurred discussions on the internet, with many users fascinated by the concept. "This is insane. Advice for a 10-minute delivery? My career just got a lifeline," one user wrote.

"Forget AI chatbots," said another commenter. Talking to real people in real-time is the future." However, some individuals were curious about how it was executed. "What if the expert doesn’t pick up? Do we get a refund or a reschedule?" one person asked.

Others found the launch humorous and compared it to India's rapid economic growth. "Next up: therapy delivered in ten minutes. A user joked, "Oh wait, that's just texting my best friend."
