R.M. Phosphates was founded with a transformative goal—to break India's reliance on conventional fertilisers that were depleting soil health and harming crop productivity. Determined to create a sustainable alternative, Vineet and his team worked tirelessly to develop groundbreaking solutions.

Recognising that traditional fertilisers were causing long-term damage to soil quality, Vineet focused on developing products that would restore soil health while increasing yields. Vineet’s breakthrough came with Ziron, a revolutionary multi-nutrient fertiliser. Unlike traditional fertilisers, Ziron is enriched with zinc, boron, sulfur, calcium, and magnesium, restoring soil vitality and enhancing crop nutrition.

"Many doubt that industries can be environmentally friendly, but I believe sustainability and progress can co-exist," Vineet remarked in his interview.

RMPCL recently grabbed the best technical innovation award for technical changes in the plant, making it a self-sustainable manufacturing unit.

Ziron is changing the game for Indian farmers, not only improving soil health but also saving them money.

"By using Ziron, farmers save Rs. 1,500 per acre—translating to Rs. 30,000 per year on a 10-acre farm," Vineet explains.

Farmers who pair Ziron with Urea have seen crop production more than double. The results speak for themselves, with over 3 lakh farmers now part of the R.M. Phosphates community. With demand soaring, the company handles 1,000+ farmer inquiries daily.

By directly engaging with farmers and providing them with the right knowledge, Vineet has built a loyal community that trusts R.M. With zero external funding, the company has sustained rapid growth by reinvesting profits. Now, Vineet is considering an IPO, aiming to take R.M. Phosphates to even greater heights.

From Small-Town Boy to Industry Leader

Born in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, Vineet’s journey is one of grit and determination. His father ran a small hardware shop, and his mother was a homemaker. Despite financial challenges, his parents prioritised his education, ensuring he had the best opportunities.

At Manipal Institute of Technology, Vineet excelled, leading a team that built a Formula-style racing car, winning the prestigious "Best Rookie Team" award at a Ferrari event. His global exposure took him to the USA, Dubai, and Libya, where he thrived as an engineer, yet his heart remained in India, driving his entrepreneurial dream.

His education, combined with global experiences, allowed him to develop a strategic mindset that he would later apply to his business. The transition from a corporate career to entrepreneurship was fuelled by his deep understanding of technology, engineering, and business management.
