The fire reportedly broke out around 3 am at a neighbouring warehouse due to unauthorised cooking and rapidly spread to Daryani’s premises, resulting in the complete destruction of one of the warehouses.

Beyond the physical loss, Daryani said the incident has left the organisation “immersed with grief and pain,” describing the tragedy as one that engulfed not just infrastructure, but the very spirit of the team.

“Our hearts, our minds and our prayers go out to the families of the deceased,” Daryani wrote on LinkedIn.

The company has committed to providing long-term support to the bereaved families, going beyond statutory and government-mandated compensation.

According to Daryani, the company has personally met all three families and assured them of sustained care. The support package includes a lump-sum compensation of ₹10 lakh per family, lifetime monthly salary payments to the bereaved dependents, and complete educational support for the children of the affected families.

“While we acknowledge that such personal loss can never find compensation, we solemnly ensure their living is well taken care of,” he shared.

“We are nothing without our people,” Daryani added.

The company is also cooperating fully with administrative and government authorities as investigations into the incident continue.

Daryani noted that every effort is being made to support official inquiries and ensure accountability.

In closing, he expressed gratitude to those who reached out with concern and solidarity, urging well-wishers to keep the affected families and employees in their prayers.

“God bless us all,” he said while concluding the post.
