Reddit's Durgesh Kaushik announces Q2 earnings
Durgesh Kaushik, VP of Product & International Growth, Reddit, shared a summary of Q2 earnings on social media.
He wrote on LinkedIn: “Daily Active Uniques (“DAUq”) increased 21% year-over-year to 110.4 million.”
The VP further mentioned that the company’s revenue grew 78% year-over-year to $500 million.
The gross margin expanded year-over-year to 90.8%.
Net income of $89 million, 18% of revenue.
“Diluted EPS of $0.45,” Kaushik further specified. “Adjusted EBITDA1 of $167 million, 33% of revenue.”
The operating cash flow was $111 million and fully diluted shares of 206.6 million, up 0.3% sequentially, as shared.
After sharing these numbers, the VP boldly shared the estimate they have for the third quarter of 2025.
“Revenue in the range of $535 million to $545 million,” he stated, along with an “Adjusted EBITDA 2 in the range of $185 million to $195 million”.

Reddit CEO Steve Huffman recently announced the company's plans to prioritise Reddit's search functionality and AI-powered answers across the platform.
“Reddit a go-to search engine, and expanding internationally,” said Huffman.
The move comes after massive growth in Reddit’s internal search usage, which now sees over 70 million weekly queries.
"For years, people have been adding 'reddit' to their search queries to find real experiences, recommendations, and discussions," Huffman stated. "Our communities are the world's most valuable database of human experience. We're simply building the infrastructure to make that wisdom more accessible and searchable."
