He also shared that the past decade has been a decade of India's infrastructure, stressing that the modern infrastructure will strengthen the foundation of 'Viksit Bharat'.

"More than 12 crore families have received tap water and 2.5 crore houses have received electricity. Those who could never imagine to cook food on gas, have also received gas connections," he added.

"Over 5.5 lakh common service centres opened, 2 lakh gram panchayats connected to internet in last decade," the PM said.

Narendra Modi also flagged off four new rail projects in the state, including Amrit Bharat Express between Saharsa and Mumbai, and Namo Bharat Rapid Rail between Jaynagar and Patna and trains between Pipra and Saharsa and Saharsa and Samastipur.

He also provided keys to beneficiaries under the PM Awas Yojana.
