Ola Electric has announced a major change in how its scooters are serviced and repaired.

The company launched “HyperService,” a platform that lets independent garages, fleet operators, and customers directly access Ola’s spare parts, service tools, and training programs.

This move aims to make electric scooter maintenance more open and convenient for everyone, while also supporting Ola’s plan to expand its service network across India.

Ola Electric’s Hyperservice to make spare parts & tools available

With HyperService, Ola Electric will now allow all users to buy genuine spare parts through its website and app. Independent garages and fleet operators can also use Ola’s diagnostic tools and apply for training sessions for their technicians.

Sharing the news on X (formerly Twitter), Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal said, “With Hyperservice scale-up, we are opening this capability to everyone. Every garage, fleet and customer can now access the same high-quality tools, parts, and systems that power Ola’s own network.”

This step will help local garages repair Ola scooters faster and more reliably. It also supports Ola’s “India Inside” plan, which focuses on building stronger supply chains and service infrastructure within the country.

Why Ola’s HyperService move matters for EV users & garages

Servicing has been one of the biggest pain points for EV owners. Many small garages don’t have access to proper tools or certified spare parts, making repairs slow and expensive.

Ola’s open service network aims to fix that by allowing more garages to become authorized service providers.

The company believes this model will also create more jobs for trained EV mechanics and help fleet operators keep their vehicles running longer.

In another tweet, Aggarwal wrote, “Launching #HyperService today for @OlaElectric customers! In the last 3 years, we’ve built a 7L+ community and the leading market position.”

By opening its ecosystem, Ola Electric is taking a step toward making EV ownership simpler, cheaper, and more reliable for people across India.
