Google CEO Sundar Pichai mentioned the motor scene from Aamir Khan’s film, 3 Idiots.

Pichai said, “I think real success comes from understanding things in a deeper way”. 

The iconic film challenges the traditional education system and rigid notions of success.

Pichai was answering the question of secrets to cracking interviews at big tech companies like Google.

Varun Mayya, the founder of Avalon Labs, shared video snippets of his interview with Pichai on his Instagram account.

The video features Mayya asking Pichai about the entire industry in India built around helping young Indians ace FAANG interviews and how to shift away from the competitive exam mindset.

This conversation between Pichai and Mayya happened in the background of Google’s recently concluded annual developers conference.

They talked about the emergence of AI, India’s significant role in the tech market, and the popularity of FAANG jobs among Indians.
