From being a schoolteacher Uttar Pradesh’s Nisha Madhulika has turned into the wealthiest female YouTuber in the country. After her children grew up and left home she started experiencing extreme boredom and loneliness.

Her love for cooking unexpectedly brought her into the world of YouTube. Nisha started sharing delicious recipes for authentic, home-cooked Indian meals in clear, step-by-step videos in Hindi that were immediately loved by millions of viewers.

From loneliness to glory

According to a recent article on Republic World, culinary YouTuber Nisha Madhulika has a net worth of Rs 43 crore. She started her YouTube channel, "NishaMadhulika" in 2011 which now has over 14.5 million subscribers, making her one of India's most-loved content creators. 

She was named the  “Top YouTube Cooking Content Creator” at the Social Media Summit & Awards in 2017.

Nisha was born on August 25, 1959, in a middle-class family in Uttar Pradesh. She was passionate about cooking from childhood and began experimenting with recipes while growing up.

Apart from being a culinary expert, she is a food columnist for leading newspapers like Dainik Bhaskar and Amar Ujala. Her comforting simple “ghar ka khana” brought her immense popularity. A former teacher, Nisha has also helped her husband grow in business. 

The news of her reaching a net worth of Rs. 43 crore has instantly amazed the internet community.
