Snabbit, reputed to be one of India's fastest-rising quick home service startups, has recently made an announcement about the inclusion of the founding members of Pync.

This marks a strategic reinforcement of the leadership team in the wake of entering a crucial growth period in the industry, along with the founders, more than 20 members of the Pync team.

The acquisition

The move is occurring against the background of a shift in India’s home services market as a whole. The market is undergoing a shift from offline informal arrangements to online platforms.

Consumers want: 

  • Reliability,

  • Speed,

  • Standardized service quality 

For their home services, which means that those with strong operational capabilities will benefit.

About Pync

Pync was founded by Harsh Prateek, Mayank S., and Dev Priyam, who have developed an on-demand business based on catering to high-frequency domestic requirements.

The founders have expertise in operating multiple categories, ranging from hands-on experiences with service professionals to interactions with end consumers, which is very helpful in bolstering Snabbit's operating and business components.

About Snabbit 

Snabbit follows a complete stack model, ranging from sourcing to training, scheduling, and staff handling, ensuring the same service output every time. 

Currently, the company boasts the maximum market in about 90% of the pin codes in which it operates. 

Pync, established in the year 2023, had already covered more than 25,000 households, engaged with more than 1,000 service professionals, and onboarded almost 200 new service providers every week before the merger acquisition.

The leadership expansion is occurring while Snabbit is already engaged in talks for a larger funding round of $100 million. The company has already raised over $25 million from investors such as Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners.
