Founded in 2023, RRHAi Tech is a Hyderabad-based startup that is building Monkify.ai. It is a new-age recruitment platform that employs blockchain and AI to make hiring processes faster, safer, and more efficient for everyone.
Monkify.ai was founded by three Austrian entrepreneurs—Gregor Reitinger, Patrick Ranner, and Leon Hartl. Out of them, Gregor and Patrick have permanently shifted to India.

Monkify.ai went live on 8th February 2025.
“Although we went live with more of a soft launch approach, the response was amazing. From Indian companies to even the ones operating in the international market, we received a lot of requests,” shares entrepreneur Patrick Ranner.
The Hyderabad startup has started catering to more than 70 pre-registered companies from across diverse industries in the country.
“Since the launch happened, we are also seeing a significant increase in traction on our website. People are connecting with us for consultations and asking for demos. These early-stage milestones make our stance on AI-driven recruitment solutions even more solidified,” startup founder Gregor Reitinger shares.
Additionally, the Monkify.ai team is also conducting detailed walkthroughs for companies and organizations aiming to switch to the AI-powered hiring platform from traditional applications and websites.
