It wasn't all rosy for Ashish Tanwar, who had settled down in New Zealand with his family. Despite earning around Rs. 1.5 crore in salary, life was not as satisfying as it should have been due to the recession and health issues affecting both him and his wife. Consequently, he decided to return to India with his family.
"We wanted to return to India for more than 2 years, but we couldn't decide until our health got a bit bad. Here in India, we have more immediate access to healthcare, which is important to us," Ashish, 31, said in an exclusive interview with Startup Pedia.
Ashish, who has a decade-long track record in IT consulting, also harboured an entrepreneurial spark. Along with his wife, Yanika, a seasoned finance consultant, he launched a startup called Ayarise Tech Matrix in June 2024.
Ayarise Tech Matrix and its USP
Based in India, with a growing presence in New Zealand and Australia, the tech startup is redefining how businesses approach technology. Through a strategic blend of specialised services, including cloud solutions ( Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday.com and other CRM & Martech Solutions) and business automation (Auto-Pilot), Ayarise empowers clients to streamline operations and achieve remarkable growth.
By focusing on top talent and tailored solutions, the startup is committed to automating business processes and driving exceptional outcomes.
Ayarise differentiates itself with a unique combination of deep industry expertise and a relentless client-centric approach. The company's leadership brings over a decade of combined consulting experience, supported by a team with two decades of industry knowledge. This foundation allows Ayarise to deliver comprehensive, customised solutions across multiple cloud platforms and technologies.
"Unlike traditional IT firms that prioritise technology over business needs, we prioritise client success, offering a one-stop shop for digital transformation and business automation. This commitment to partnership sets Ayarise apart as a trusted advisor, guiding clients towards efficient, automated operations," said the co-founder of Ayarise Tech Matrix during the interview with Startup Pedia.
The startup's team, comprising skilled freelancers from India and New Zealand, adds valuable martech and Salesforce experience. With over 40 certifications collectively, including 10 Salesforce Certification, 2 Salesforce Accreditation certifications, 10 Hubspot Certification, 1 Monday.com Certification, 1 Wix Specialist, and 1 Braze certification, their firm stands out for its certified expertise.
Notably, Ashish was honoured as a Salesforce Marketing Champion for New Zealand, a prestigious award held by only a few in the Asia-Pacific region. This blend of deep expertise and recognition underscores their capability to deliver exceptional consulting services.
Ayarise offers a unique mix of expertise, experience, and customisable solutions, setting them apart from the competition. With a proven track record of working with over a hundred clients, Ayarise brings a wealth of certified professionals to the table.
Their service packages—Crawl, Walk, and Run—are designed to guide businesses through technology adoption, ensuring they progress from initial implementation to full operational efficiency.
"Unlike other consulting firms that often abandon clients after initial training, we provide ongoing support, customised solutions, and comprehensive training materials to ensure long-term success," said the founder of Ayarise in an interview with Startup Pedia.
Their approach emphasises end-to-end services, covering everything from initial setup to training and ongoing support. This ensures that businesses can fully leverage their technology investments without the risk of errors or inefficiencies.
Ayarise's expertise in implementing best practices and reducing implementation times significantly, often completing projects in one to two months instead of six, showcases their ability to deliver swift, effective solutions. Their competitive pricing model offers high-quality services at a fraction of the cost of large consulting firms, ensuring transparency, affordability, and excellence.
Crawl, Walk, and Run:
Ayarise offers a versatile range of services tailored to meet diverse business needs. Their end-to-end service model, encompassing the Discovery, Build, and Autopilot phases, ensures comprehensive solutions.
They begin by deeply understanding a business's requirements and then design and implement tailored technology solutions, such as integrating HubSpot, Wix, and Google Sheets to streamline operations. For more targeted needs, Ayarise provides the "Crawl, Walk, and Run" packages.

"Our Time and Material (T&M) model allows clients to pay based on the specific resources and time required for bespoke solutions, such as Salesforce implementations," added the co-founder during the conversation with Startup Pedia.
With about a million investment, Ashish and his wife launched their tech startup based in Delhi a month ago, and they already have 6 clients to serve.
The Plan Ahead
Ayarise envisions a transformative impact on the IT consulting industry by addressing common misconceptions and demonstrating the critical role of technology for businesses of all sizes. Their goal is to educate clients about the necessity of IT services and how investing in technology can drive success.
Over the next year, Ayarise aims to expand its team and grow its client base significantly, targeting an implementation pipeline valued at around 2 million dollars. They also plan to strengthen partnerships with major tech brands to enhance their service offerings.
