Atom Privé Financial Services Group, a fast-growing integrated financial services company established by Harsha Vardhana, has raised USD 5 Million (Rs 45 crore) in growth capital. 

According to sources, the funding round was led by a consortium of institutional investors in Dubai and Singapore.

Harsha Vardhana launched Atom Group in 2018.

THE INR 45 CRORE FUND RAISE 

Industry sources indicate that the USD 5 Million (Rs 45 crore) of growth capital raised by Atom Group will be utilized to strengthen the firm's network and operations, enhance its technology platforms, and scale its advisory and wealth management capabilities.

The institutional investors in Dubai and Singapore, having led the funding round, will contribute strategic expertise, global perspectives, and sectoral networks. The same are expected to blend with Atom’s ongoing initiatives to expand its institutional and private client offerings.

With the fresh capital infusion, the firm aims to replicate its domestic success in select regional and international markets.

Sources note that there is growing investor interest in scalable, technology-led financial advisory platforms that have both digital and investment insight.
