Parikshit Shah, founder of Pluralis Digital
Would you ever imagine that someone with fragile bones and almost no mobility could build a 7-figure agency from home?
This is the story of Mumbai-based entrepreneur Parikshit Shah.
Born with osteogenesis imperfecta, a genetic disorder that primarily affects the bones and makes movement a huge challenge, Parikshit has defied the odds.
Today, he is an entrepreneur running Pluralis Digital, a Navi Mumbai-based agency specializing in digital marketing and online reputation management. Under his leadership, the agency has worked for renown brands. In less than a year, Pluralis Digital has become a trusted partner for companies across finance, politics, automobiles, and entertainment, and is already on track to cross ₹1 crore in annual revenue.
How Pluralis Digital Came to Life
When Parikshit founded Pluralis Digital in July 2024, he had a vision beyond creating social media campaigns. He wanted to help brands shape how they are perceived online, because in today’s digital age, reputation determines relevance.
The Navi Mumbai-based agency focuses on online reputation management and influencer marketing, meme marketing, while services like branding, website development, and campaign strategy support these core offerings.
Pluralis Digital works directly with brands and through white-label partnerships with other agencies, acting as their execution arm. The agency primarily serves finance, business, sports, and politics, while also catering to lifestyle and entertainment brands. Through these partnerships, they’ve worked with gadget brands, lifestyle brands, food and grocery delivery apps and quick commerce brands, YouTube and OTT production houses, and the automobile sector. Their campaigns range from influencer collaborations to digital PR and social storytelling.
“Pluralis Digital is built to protect and amplify brands’ reputation in the digital world,” Parikshit shared in conversation with Startup Pedia.

Services That Speak Through Impact
Every service at Pluralis Digital is customized to the client’s business goals. Instead of offering pre-packaged marketing plans, the team designs strategies aligned with brand identity and audience behavior.
The agency is so far working with high-value retainer clients, with annual ticket sizes ranging from ₹10 lakh to ₹25 lakh. Monthly retainers for their premium ORM solutions start at ₹50,000, reflecting Pluralis Digital’s focus on quality over quantity.
Operating with a seven-member remote team, the Navi Mumbai-based agency has established a strong presence in Navi Mumbai, with plans to move from remote to hybrid for smoother coordination and creative brainstorming.
The agency is also launching a sub-brand for hyperlocal and small businesses, offering affordable digital marketing without compromising on quality.
“We don’t sell generic plans; we craft and deliver campaigns that actually make an impact for brands,” said Parikshit.

Growth Built on Trust and Consistency
What sets Pluralis Digital apart is its organic growth, built on relationships and referrals, not aggressive advertising.
Since inception, the agency has relied heavily on word-of-mouth marketing. Parikshit explained that their work in social media reputation management, especially in the B2B segment, doesn’t fit traditional paid advertising models. Most clients come through recommendations, many of whom have stayed for over five years, following him from his previous venture.
Before Pluralis Digital, Parikshit co-owned a digital agency from 2018 to 2024, which achieved annual revenues of around ₹65 lakh. After parting ways with his partner, he started fresh but didn’t start from scratch.
“Most of my former team and clients stayed with me when I started anew. I can't thank them enough for the immense trust they've shown in me during the transition,” he said.
Today, Pluralis Digital remains bootstrapped and is focused on steady growth, aiming to double its annual revenue by strengthening service delivery, building partnerships, and expanding into new sectors.

From Freelancer to Founder
Parikshit’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2013 as a content strategist and copywriter, handling clients in politics and entertainment. His monthly freelance income ranged from ₹10,000 to ₹45,000.
“I was good at writing. My freelancing journey started out of financial need in college and later evolved into a full-fledged business,” Parikshit recalled.
As his workload grew, he realized he needed a team to not just share work but scale his vision. High-value campaigns often required an established setup with GST registration and a team, not just a solo freelancer. This led to his first company in 2018, marking the start of his entrepreneurial path.
The transition wasn’t easy. Managing payments, client expectations, and creativity required learning to bring structure to chaos.
“Freelancing taught me everything—from handling clients to surviving dry months. It was the best business school I could have asked for,” he said.
A Journey Rooted in Resilience
Parikshit’s professional success is grounded in personal perseverance.
Born in Jamnagar, Gujarat, he grew up in a modest family with financial uncertainty. His father, lost his job at an oil refinery in 1993, two months after Parikshit was born, and passed away in 2003. His mother,, became the family’s backbone, supporting them until illness forced her to stop in 2011. After that, Parikshit became the sole earner.
“Throughout my childhood, I faced fractures again and again, sometimes four or five in a single year. Yet, my family never let it define me. They never treated me as fragile. They prepared me as capable individual who can live fully despite the challenges,” he said.
Despite these challenges, Parikshit pursued academics with determination. He earned a Master’s in Economics from Mumbai University, cleared his Ph.D. entrance, and was set for a career in academia before choosing entrepreneurship.

Expanding Globally
With Pluralis Digital now established, Parikshit is focused on strategic growth over rapid expansion. The Navi Mumbai-based agency is branching into deeper aspects of online reputation management to serve a global client base. They’re also exploring partnerships with institutions and corporates, targeting premium, process-driven brands.
Pluralis Digital is expanding its services with integrated, contemporary marketing solutions, including WhatsApp Management for automated client communication, Email Marketing for lead generation and retention, and Offline Integration that merges digital with print and events. plans to offer affordable digital marketing for small and local businesses, covering social media and SEO. He and his team is working to develop solutions and systems for these markets. As Parikshit puts it, Marketing is more than just selling. It's everything about how a brand connects with consumers, stakeholders, employees and society.
“We want to deliver work that doesn’t need fixing, campaigns that speak for themselves and make a huge impact,” he concluded.
