Founded in 2020 by Dhaval C Sheth, BikeDost is a tech-enabled network of two-wheeler workshops delivering best-in-class services to customers. A service delivery model where technology enables standardized service experience & 360° two-wheeler management.

Dhaval started his journey after completing mechanical engineering in 2010 with his family business of Hero Motocorp dealership. In 10 years he was associated with 3 start ups and everywhereWith time he understood the loophole of the industry, and decided to develop a service centerfranchisemodel for two-wheelers. 

“Indian automotive market has been one of the most neglected and tech deprived segments. Our major competition is with the inertia of the fragmented, unorganized part of this industry which holds 70% of the market share” says Dhaval.

The servicing sector has a major gap between brand service centers and local garages. Where on one end the brand charge a high price, the local service providers lack to gain the trust in terms of genuinity of the services they offer.

BikeDost gives sales and marketing assistance along with customer engagement support. One also gets an Exhaustive kit that includes more than 48 items like Tools & Equipment, Branding Materials, Software assistance, Training, and so on.

The FlyWheel software provides information about all the services at three different cost levels cheap, economic, and brand value. Also, the franchise can maintain their daily logs build profit and loss ledger and staff records using the software system. The best part unravels with no share in profitsand no royalty, rather BikeDost believes in charging a monthly fee of Rs 5000 onlyto assist the franchise develop a holistic bike service eco system and become a one shop stop in his command area.
