Simran Lal, despite being a part of a famous business family, has forged her own path and made a name for herself as the CEO of Good Earth, a luxury lifestyle brand that her mother founded in 1996. 

The Lal family owns the Eicher Group, which includes Royal Enfield and is worth Rs 80,000 crore. Her brother Sid Lal is also a renowned business leader.

Simran completed her education at Bangalore University and then went to the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She joined Good Earth in 2002 and worked her way up the company ladder, streamlining and improving the supply chain and merchandising before taking over as CEO.

Under Simran’s leadership, Good Earth has become one of India’s most successful luxury lifestyle brands, selling fashion, home decor, and wellness products.
