Founded by Neelam Singh, the woman entrepreneur behind The Burger Company, India’s fastest-growing modern casual dining chain, Bruno’s represents the next evolution of premium dining in India.

Bruno’s brings to life the art of authentic Naples-style sourdough pizza, perfected through a 48-hour fermentation process and made entirely in-house from preservative-free sauces to handcrafted toppings.

The menu blends global inspiration with local flair: think classic TBT Margheritas, truffle-infused pies, hot honey drizzles, and the now-iconic bomb garlic bread, complemented by gourmet pastas, decadent desserts, and curated coffee and matcha.
